You will also be able to accept donation amounts which are higher (Double, Triple, etc.) than the recommended sponsor amount.  This will give those businesses a larger sized ad (Double = 2x the size, Triple = 3x the size, etc.).  This will lower the number of businesses you need to secure to fully fill your Magnet.  For example, if you collected Five "Double Donations" from Five Business Sponsors, your Magnet will be full, and you'll be DONE.

However, you can choose to collect fewer than 10 sponsors, if you want.  Magnet Menus are able to go to print with fewer than 10 ads, however you will raise less money if you do.*

*A Minimum of Three (3) Business Sponsors, at the full recommended donation amount, is required to cover the "Service & Printing" Flat Fee, in full.

Magnet Menu Fundraisers can be accomplished in as little as 7 days, including securing a restaurant partner.

Once you start, it's best to Keep Going until you're done.  Don't stop and wait until "next week" or "next month" to gather all 10 sponsors.  You want to take advantage of your Initial Momentum to finish your Magnet Menu ASAP.

Local popular "Mom & Pop" eateries typically give you an answer immediately, as you're usually speaking with the owner.  They are also much more invested in the success of your fundraising efforts as they recieve a larger benefit from your success.  Plus, their restaurants are more personal to them, not just a job.  

If you do choose to approach a "chain", we highly recommend you only do so if it's a locally owned franchise.  This way you are more likely to get a faster answer and more invested response as the owner is nearby, not in a corporate office miles away or in another state.
